这场展览围绕“地方”这一主题展开,探讨亚裔美国艺术家如何在离散背景下理解、建构与表达空间与归属。通过多样的媒介,艺术家们展现了“地方”既是现实的,也是想象的,既是固定的,也是流动的。This exhibition navigates the subject of place, exploring how it is interpreted, constructed, and communicated by Asian American artists with diasporic backgrounds. Through diverse mediums, these artists illustrate how place is both real and imagined, fixed and fluid.

I’m graphic designer from Vancouver and a MFA candidate at ArtCenter in Los Angeles. To me, design is an evolving process—context-driven, expansive, and ripe for experimentation. I’m drawn to branding and storytelling that push boundaries and build meaning. I take inspiration from film, philosophy, lifestyle, and technology—believing design is a balance of input and output, with a process open to reinterpretation.
